Lori is the Manager of Diversity and Inclusion for Cardinal Health, where she handles all of the Affirmative Action activities as well as all OFCCP desk and/or onsite audits. She also provides guidance on compliance matters related to Affirmative Action goals and outreach responsibilities. Lori is a published author, volunteer Mediator with Community Mediation Services of Central Ohio, Coordinator of the HR In-Transition program for HRACO, and Co-Chair for the 2013 Women You Should Know event and publication.

Kimberly is the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at AultCare. Her responsibilities include compliance with federal and state equal employment laws, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Kimberly has over 15 years’ experience in all facets of Human Resources, Education and HR Compliance.

Donna is Assistant Director of Office of Equal Opportunity and Access at the University of Cincinnati. Her responsibilities include compliance with federal and state equal opportunity employment laws, UC’s institutional policies, training, investigations, and AAP development and implementation. Donna holds membership with the American Association of Affirmative Action (AAAA), ATIXA Association of Title IX Administrators and has her Title IX Investigator Certification from ATIXA and EEO Practitioner Certification from the State of Ohio.

Rosemary is Principal Business Consultant with Peoplefluent where she serves as a consulting resource for clients of all sizes regarding Affirmative Action planning, preparation and compliance as well as assisting with training and development. Rosemary holds membership with the American Association of Affirmative Action (AAAA), the Society for Human Resources (SHRM), and the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO). Rosemary also holds her EEO Practitioner Certification from the State of Ohio.

Joyce is the President/Owner of Morgan Consulting Services, LLC, begun in 2007, following her retirement from OFCCP as Deputy Regional Director for the Dallas, and formerly Chicago, Regions. Joyce provides expert advice and analytical solutions on all OFCCP regulations and enforcement practices. She brings great talent and energy to the Ohio ILG. Her working career with OFCCP affords her great familiarity with OFCCP “speak“ and regulatory interpretations greatly benefitting the contractor universe as a whole and, without question, those contractors involved with the Ohio ILG. Joyce resides in Mt. Vernon, Ohio.

Jeanne is a National Account Executive with RecruitMilitary. She works primarily with companies located in Ohio and Kentucky, many of whom are federal contractors, to attract, hire, and retain high-quality veteran talent. Jeanne earned both her BSBA and MBA from Xavier University. She resides in Dayton, Ohio.
Latha M. Srinivasan
HR Compliance, First Energy, Member-at-Large
Latha works in the HR Compliance group at FirstEnergy in all areas of EEO, HR, and OFCCP counseling and compliance as well as in workplace diversity and inclusion management. Prior to joining FirstEnergy in 2013, Latha practiced as a labor and employment and business litigation attorney. She has been a licensed attorney in Ohio since 1998. Latha completed The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio's LeadDIVERSITY program in June 2013. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio Women’s Bar Associations and the Society for Human Resource Management. Latha received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and her law degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Latha resides in Cleveland, Ohio.
